this post that says: "But there could be a per call time limit. Calls to skype are limited to 3 minutes, so it's possible. "
If it's not who you're calling, then you could ask again in that thread on DroidXForums. Snow02 may just know the answer. He's been very generous in giving help. (P.S. No need to read the thread, I just did that, no posts reporting your problem.)
