Once you delete the gchat trunk on a free account you will not be able to recreate it. You'll need to delete your PBXes.org account and create a new one by reinstalling sipdroid on your phone (first uninstall).

Google Voice peering is actually a paid-account feature on pbxes, but for whatever reason we're able to get around that with a free account by creating through their sipdroid app.
