I had a Nexus S, but took it back cuz the t-mo baseband wouldn't work for 3g on the rogers network. I can't say I liked it that much. I'd prefer a Nexus 1, but with a slightly larger/better display, and the new sensors and nfc stuff. I love the noise cancelling mic on the N1 and the led/trackball button (never use the trackball, but love the multicolored LED/button part of it).
I can't imagine having to get an android phone that's not the pure Google Experience... Might have to wait a year for the nexus3 (hopefully it'll be an atrix-like motorola product)
