Glass is fine, the lcd is my issue
I have a customer who brought me his Dell Streak after pulling it out of his pocket. He purchased it from a local big box store (B*** B*y). After taking it back to the store and sitting through the warranty process a "manager" stepped in. Just before the associate was going to switch out the unit for a new one the g33k squ@d stepped in and said it was abuse. I have examined this unit thoroughly and found no outside scratches anywhere on the metal or glass but the lcd is spider webbed. I have submitted the issue to Dell and promptly been ignored even though several technicians have looked into the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?
