Yes, as kidhudi said, the "multi mount sd-card" app allows you to mount the sd card. As a bonus it lets you mount it from the phone and PC simultaneously. There are lite and paid versions in the market, either will do the trick.

FYI. The Amazon AppStore has the
Dual Mount SD Widget which looks like it will work too. I didn't like the "multi mount sd-card" developer's attack on people running Ad Block. Ad Block serves a legit purpose. I would have paid for his version, but his policy made me pay for Dual Mount SD widget instead.
