Stuck in reboot loop. Verizon says no fix and will ship a new one.

So, I got my 2nd refurb (since this problem), and was able to activate it fine (except for the fact that I had to do it manually, instead of the phone initiating it on bootup).
Works fine so far, but it hasn't been a day yet, so we'll see.
