Wow Mary you and your team should stand up and take a bow, fantastic work i hope rogers knows what valuble employees you are. You have saved countless customers endless amouts of frustrated customer service calls and emails. Im very excited to finally upgrade and was dreading the thought i might have to root to aquire it.
