Had my Droid for a month+ and love it... however, went on my first work trip and the dayum think kept going off with all sorts of sounds all night. Not a problem at home, cause I recharge it in the kitchen, but in the hotel room it's in THE ROOM! I can't seem to figure out how to silence ALL noises!

probably an obvious question but have you tried the volume key? (im assuming its a G1 or hero?) if you press the volume key so it reduces the volume it comes to silent mode then if you press it again it goes to vibrate, putting it on silent kills all sounds coming from the phone excluding media like if music is playing. hope this helps?
