This means that the Eve has enough Ram and Rom to be capable of running a 2.X version of Android, if anything LG might have to move the Ram allocation around a bit to create more room for OS to run in.

You can't deduce "Total Memory" from "Available Memory".
To get the "Total Memory" size use an app like "Quick System Info" that gives you both.
Or you may use a Widget that constantly monitors/displays both like "Internal Memory Widget"
