Something's not quite right here;
afaik when mounted on the PC the card shouldn't have a volume label unless you explicitly give it one. DCIM is the folder where the camera images are stored and is created automatically by the OS.
I suggest saving your data to the PC and reformatting the SD card in the handset. Once you've done this, mount it to the PC via the USB connection and it should appear in Windows Explorer as a removable drive e.g.
F: Open this, ignore any folders already present and create a new one named
audio. Inside this create
alarms,
notifications and
ringtones folders. Add your files to the correct folders, reboot the handset and you should be good to go.
