If we are to be labeled as tech savvy consumers then we need to take responsibility and educate ourselves at least to the level we claim on our desktop computers. I don't call my internet provider when my computer is a few versions behind on the operating system. Long ago a provider tried selling computers and that was a disaster and at best the most expensive way to buy a computer. same here.
