I started with an N95 almost 2 years ago i asked to upgrade to Blackberry Bold, i was not eligable, so i bought one out direct, i asked to upgrade to a HTC dream recently(october) was told i was not eligable so i bought out direct yet again, and today when i try to get the HTC magic, i am turned away and told that i can not get this promotion because... you guest it, because i am too loyal to rogers and because they would not let me sign a 3 year when i bought my phone i am not allowed to upgrade to the magic... i used to be a die hard rogers fan, but now i just do not know what to think, because i WANTED to sign a contract and because they wouldn't let me, i am now stuck with paying the "79.99" hardware cost and the "35" dollar system access fee
