Stuck in reboot loop. Verizon says no fix and will ship a new one.

Got my 3rd incredible (since this problem), and it has worked fine. I've had it for a few weeks, no reboots.
Only issue I had was the battery not lasting. But rebooting seemed to fix that.
It's weird. Some phones just seem to have that problem.
