I've read a bit about this problem (unfortunately, I'm another victim...) and some say that upgrading the radio to version 5.12 solves this issue:

But on the
installation guide of CyanogenMod it says to use this radio only for korean users.
Anyone tried it ? Is everyone who commented on this post have radio version 5.08 ?
