Samsung has a 3.7" WVGA AMOLED display they use in the Omnia II and a smaller 3.2" HVGA AMOLED display used in the Behold II and others. So if you think the resolution is scaled down, then the screen would have to be smaller, too. If that's the case, we're not really talking about the Incredible being the Bravo anymore, and why again would Verizon pick up ANOTHER Android phone from HTC with a 3.2" display? That sounds more like a replacement for the Eris and that's not coming until late this year or next.
Samsung has an AMOLED display on the Behold and it is 480x320. And if the rumors are true, that the HTC Bravo will be slightly scaled down in specs from the Nexus One, then it would have both a slower processor and a lower resolution screen. There is already reports of a 850Mhz processor instead of a 1GHz processor. And if it is scaled down, in terms of resolution, then at least it will still match the iPhone and Palm Pre at 480x320.
