There is already reports of a 850Mhz processor instead of a 1GHz processor. And if it is scaled down, in terms of resolution, then at least it will still match the iPhone and Palm Pre at 480x320.
Why are you ignoring the evidence we have? The HTC roadmap lists the Bravo as having a WVGA screen. You can wikipedia that term to see it means 480x800.
