May be necessary if/when she answers you to get her to specify if her answer applies to LG phone on _US_ carriers, or Canadian carriers, and more specifically Rogers.
Don't want to give her the chance to proudly proclaim that these phones will be supported, if she really means they will be supported for non-Rogers customers.
