I used Skype at home the other day via WiFi and my broadband and it worked fairly well but some echo problems which i guess are due to the Xoom not canceling the mic output when you're not talking.
I used it yesterday via 3G and it worked very well. No echos or dropouts. I was sitting still with decent reception however. Not complaining at all.
