EDIT: I'm running at 81% awake time now. does the phone not go to sleep while its charging hooked up to the computer even if the screen is off?

Since you rebooted your phone, have you been playing around with it or has it just been sitting idle? If the latter, check Spare Parts again to see what is keeping it awake. I was sitting at 78% awake the other day...now I'm at 12% after tweaking settings and getting rid of crappy apps.
