I use Wireless Tether for Rooted Phones. But, you have to root your phone for this to work. Then you install a custom ROM and all the ROMs I have seen have tethering on it. With PDAnet it does not allow certain HTML sites. Whereas, wireless tether lets you do anything and even block other users from using your signal.
