Default AT&T Inspire 4G on Consumer Cellular?

So I'm trying to configure the mobile web portion of my Inspire 4G to work with the Consumer Cellular network (no-contract carrier that piggy-backs on AT&T towers).

But when I go to set up a new Mobile Network Access Point, I get the following options:

and I'm not sure which carrier settings go in which phone places.

Help?
Thanks,
