Dell Venue not receiving calls in standby
I'm in India and I got my Dell Venue a few weeks ago. I love the phone first off. There is a problem though, after an extended time in standby it does not receive calls. Multiple people have said that when they called it said my phone was switched off. When I wake in the morning and check the phone there are no missed calls. I have scoured the forums and done the recommended things such as clear browser cache and such and even done a hard reset to no avail. I have Airtel and have had no problems with the network in the past.
FYI, this started happening a few days ago. Since then I have uninstalled everything and that is when I also did the hard reset (just to be clear).
Any help?
