Default Phone restarts when pluggin in USB to PC
Hey, Whenever I plug in my USB to my laptop and it pops up the two options... connect your phone or charge your phone..

If I press the connect your phone option it just restarts my phone?!

I have to back button out of it then drop the notification bar down then connect that way with no problem

any ideas what causes this?
