There's a couple ways to find it:
1) Themes -> Popularity. Recently it's jumped all the way to #1 with over 3000 downloads
2) Themes -> Search. By author: elblacksheep
3) Themes -> Search. By name: SmallCaps
4) Themes -> Recent. Whenever I update, it's back on the most recent list.

Or, you can use this link to download the theme, then use a file manager to move it to /sdcard/sweeterhome/
