GPS Test is showing the satellites in yellow and orange with one of them occasionally going red or disappearing completely. Gonna take it in to a sprint store and see if there's anything they can do.
*Edit* Oh just wanted to add. I thought maybe my Otterbox Commuter case might be causing some sort of interference. I took it off, but it didn't help the signal strength at all.

If Sprint doesn't replace your unit, I would be interested in seeing if your accuracy meter in GPS Test differs in accuracy like the blue circle in navigator does. Also if you keep at least 4 yellow bars the whole time.
