Omg...wow I'm so dumb lol so I restarted my tablet today at 2:29pm PST and turned on the wifi and guess what...IT WORKS!! It even connected to my network in the house!

I can't believe that because that is ALWAYS my first answer in helping anyone with problems especially wifi problems.
