Maxed out my lvl 10 Bugatti SS couple months back, built a great setup, excellent tuning and I was losing maybe a two races in a 1/2 hour. Like the improvements they've made to it. May give the pro-league a whirl one of these days, but the luster has worn down a bit. They still need to tweak the audibles more, a 600 rwhp ZR1 doesn't sound like a honda civic  .
