I dont think you understand this correctly, its not holding the games thats the problem, its the memory and processing power usage. Yea it run perfectly fine on a PC (even the PC has some gfx problems in emulating the N64) but think of an android device which is a fraction of a PC. For project 64 to run (not run smoothly, just barely run) needs 128 mb of ram and a 600 mhz processor. and extra 16 mb of video memory, I doubt an android device will run a N64 emulator over 20 FPS...
Now is it really worth someone's time and effort to port an emulator that will only get partial emulation?
