Center screen:
Most used apps - Clock, calendar, mail etc.

Left screen:
Media stuff - Spotify & gallery etc

Right screen:
System screen - Battery status, data counter, wireless, bluetooth, 3g, gps switches etc.

Background image: One of the stock ones that came with the device.
