Yep, I've dropped it several times on hard floors and even have a dented corner, but not a nick on the glass. I make a point of not carrying keys in the same pocket, but it's had plenty of other rough handling without a problem. This is my 2nd OG Droid
(after an unfortunate orange juice incident), and the first one remained pristine also.
