Same process with the renaming to PG86IMG.zip or is the second download good to go with that name?

Download the 2nd file and just delete the -twrp-shooter-1.0.3 and put it on the root of your SD card. Boot into hboot and it'll auto-detect it. Follow the instructions once it does.
