Yes, I posted this same issue in earlier posts. I called the customer service number for the Airvana team that is in the Airvana instruction manual (not the normal Sprint customer service number). The rep actually sent an update from their facility right to my phone and the Airvana itself. They gave me instructions to reboot my cell phone once I got the update and I did not have the text message issue after they did that. I would request that they send you the update via your phone and not let them tell you otherwise because this is the proper fix for your problem.
