Here's a screen shot of mine waiting for me to restart and install the update. I haven't done it yet cause I don't want to lose the ability to root in the future. But I got the notification this morning. I live in Houston, but my phone is a 706 area code from GA if that matters.

P.S.- Joined with an Eris, I failed to update my profile before posting, fixed now, I've had the Inc since March.
