I would have to disagree with you. I have had 4 Photons (from different stores) and they all have this issue at some point or another. Exchanging the phone will not resolve the issue. It seems to happen mostly when the phone has a low signal or is roaming. If it was hardware related, the chances of having 4 defective phones is slim to none.
