Just got my 16 gb series 6 micro sd card... So far I've noticed a kind of over all speed improvement, but nothing that made me *gasp* for excitement, but it feels promising. My sd card loads pics and music quicker and it just feels more "prepared" with the new card. I'll keep you guys up to date.
