My ACE is rooted.
After I did this:
"adb devices"
"adb shell"
A $ sign should pop up
"pm setInstallLocation 2"
Another $ should pop up
I went to app2sd and suddenly found all the applications which were previously unmovable, is now movable.
I just move them one at a time starting with the biggest apps to clear as much internal memory as possible.
