I recently discovered this app - Root Call Blocker. Its i think the most efficient, especially if youre blocking some calls all the time. For me a must have:
[APP] Root Call Blocker - the only REAL call and SMS firewall
By the way also its much better than any of the other ones i tried and i think i tried them all (mr number and extreme blocker and many other ones).
