I see. Having physical buttons would be awesome. My friend, who had the Sprint Hero for a few months, would always make me jealous. I
did get used to the capacitive buttons on the ERIS, but my friend's Hero could always be pressed multiple times in a second; where as on my ERIS you had to wait multiple seconds within each press. Trying to back three pages in the browser was no sweat for him, but for...that's another story.
For me, 720p video quality isn't up there, but it wouldn't hurt.
