The only other issue is that you will not be buying from Verizon, so there will be no centralized location for support. Service issues you call Verizon, handset issues you call HTC. If you have a hardware issue it will not do you any good to go to your nearest Verizon Wireless store to get it fixed, or to get a replacement.

That wouldn't bother me much, but it is something to consider.

And, of course, we have no idea about pricing, and what existing customers would pay for a subsidized Nexus One.
