When I purchased this app and have been using it for a little over a day now, I also saw my internal memory go down with only about 50MB remaining. I was getting concerned just like you are, so I went in and deleted some of my less used apps. But this morning when I woke up, I had 108MB of memory back on my Internal Phone Storage. I don't know what happened, but I'm happy with that. Otherwise, the app has been running great for me since the latest update.
