HTC Desire Data Con
Hello-yes the same thing happened to me accept my bill was £1,500 for 3 months-basically the phone automically updates in the background I've found out-none of the staff ever told me this despite my constant complaints and queries. I personally think this is a total scam and I've contacted my local MP, Watchdog, ofcom and have refused to pay them anything until the situation has been resolved-they are making millions by selling consumers packages which dont actually cover the data usage used by the HTC phones-lets stick together-if these organisations get enough complaints-someone will listen.
