OK - the card you put back into the pad has had its system files removed, by you, so of course it will power up but not boot up - it needs the system files being put back on - you can only do that on another card with those files from tim5a on it, when you put that card with those files on it onto the tf slot on the pad, then power up - the pad will re-write back it's system files to the internal sd card so you can then boot up as normal.
You can then remove the card from the tf slot (and only the tf slot) and remove those firmware files off that card so that it does not keep re-flashing everytime you use that card in the tab.
So yes - you need 2 SD cards to continue from here, 1 inside the tab which should never be removed after this, and the one you can use over & over again for files that uses the tf slot.
