I've tried it about 3x.
In Recovery Mode, I select
apply sdcard:update.zip
It does its thing with the last message saying
Rooting your phone...Install from sdcard complete."
So I reboot and that's all it's done. I don't see anything with SPRecovery. What am I missing?
