It will probably depend on your handset's localization, but Power button+up key. There is a key combination for this in general, do a Google search as I o not remember it at the moment if it is not Power+up.

Also, you can try one of the reboot manaers available on the Market and they have the option to reboot into recovery.

Are the files (cache.img ; data.img ;nandroid.mg5 and system.img) in "clockwork/backup/2011-10-" folder on my SD card the files that were backed up using Bootstrap app?
If they are, how can I install them back to my M2 if it will be needed?

They are the backup files indeed. To restore them, boot into recovery and go into the Backup and Restore option and then use Restore.
