Exact words are:
"We understand that there are currently issues with Wi-Fi connectivity..." then later..
"..please make sure that autoupdates are enabled to receive a fix once release.."
It goes on but basically I've possibly added this to the pot. We'll have to wait and see.
Usually it's covered by "updates to improve stability" etc.
My issue still hasn't gone away...so when HTC asked for feedback, I gave them an honest score and low and behold I had a call from HtC customer service today...
The BT Openzone wi-fi issue has been tracked particularly to Vodafone's My Account application using a default "Use BT-Openzone" options, so anyone out there experiencing the same issue, please either untick this option (if you don't have a BT-Openzone bolt on) or uninstall the app if you wish....
Well done HTC...not so well done Vodafone..!
This fixed my issue with the autoconnections however the "forget" function of the native app still causes issues with BT-FON connections. HTC have recognised this and will let me know when the fixes are available...
