i normally save the data, i think it may be the home launcher. Hope you get it fixed. As I told some of the guys on droidforums, if you run into a problem that no one on the forums can answer, the dev have an account on all droid. All it takes is 1 o.s. to ruin your day. Though the risks of bricking your phone is rare; just waiting ensuring that you have the best information possible is not to much to ask from the dev if you paid for their app.
