The app downloads fine from the market, but the Prevail is not a supported phone on Rom Manager, none of the ROM's that are on it are for the Prevail. YOU WILL HAVE A $150 plastic brick if you attempt to use a ROM off of the app until the Prevail is finally supported.

A better all around app to use in which the Prevail IS supported is the ACS UPDATER.
