Well yeah of course it does, and I know it gets much warmer, that's natural since it isn't the normal clock speed. But look at this:

as you can see the difference in temp from 550 mhz to 950 mhz truly isnt that different. I mean I remember running stock and my droid would be so hot! like wow! nothings changed now...so it's fine.
