Just let SMUpdate do it's thing. It's probable just updating you to the latest Rom, or recovery image. When it's done install the latest Rom (2.0.3 I believe), and when it boots back into recovery, make sure you are careful about the way you make your selections (*) or ( ).

It was just"0.99.3b Recovery" I will wait for 2.0.4 to come out and then get my Car Home back.
