Im kinda bummed that live wallpapers and the 3d app gallery are missing.
Im sure it had to do with performance issues as the processor in the Nexus One is almost twice as fast. Who knows...
However to those that are saying whats the point if those items are missing are missing the point. Each major release adds some 'cool' stuff on the forefront ..but the real reason for the upgrades are for the most part under the hood...bug fixes, optimizations, performance enhancements...
So yea..we miss the wallpapers (will get it back with root
), and the app drawer...but we get the new news/weather app, the extra screens, the voice everywhere functionality and most importantly all the hidden code improvements that will make the OS even better.
